Occupational Therapist (Home Health) | Flexible Schedule | Metro Detroit AreaJoin an Award-Winning Home Healthcare Team
AmeriStaff Nursing Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout the Metro Detroit area.
This is a contingent position offering a flexible schedule and competitive compensation. Therapists are paid $85 per one-hour evaluation and $85 per one-hour visit . If you're looking for meaningful patient relationships, greater autonomy, and work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.

- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence and daily living skills
- Educate patients and family members on treatment techniques, safety, and home modifications
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the State of Michigan
- Minimum of one (1) year of occupational therapy experience
- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and professional standards
