Are you a morning person who loves a friendly crowd? We are making history as Michigan’s very first 100% gluten-free restaurant , and we need a positive, high-energy individual to help us kick off our mornings!

This isn't your typical "hidden in the back" prep job. We’re looking for a Sauce Wizard who is just as comfortable mixing up magic in a bowl as they are chatting with our amazing customers. If you’ve got a great attitude and a reliable way to get here, we’ll teach you the rest!

Your Daily Mission

You’ll be the heartbeat of our morning transition, ensuring we’re ready to serve our gluten-free community with a smile.

• Sauce Wizardry: No vegetable chopping here! Your focus is on mixing our signature sauces and dressings to perfection.
• Guest Connection: You’ll be a key face of the restaurant—taking customer orders and making our guests feel welcome and safe in our GF environment.
• Kitchen Support: Acting as the "ultimate teammate" by assisting the kitchen staff with whatever they need to keep the lunch rush flowing smoothly.
• Opening Spark: Helping get the front and back of the house ready for a successful day.

What We’re Looking For

• No Restaurant Experience? No Sweat: We love fresh perspectives. If you're willing to learn, we’re willing to train!
• People Skills are a Must: You genuinely enjoy interacting with people and providing great service.
• Reliability: You have a dependable commute and love the 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM lifestyle.
• Gluten-Free Advocates: You don't have to be GF yourself, but you take cross-contamination and food safety seriously (our customers rely on us!).
• Team Players: You aren't afraid to jump in and help the kitchen crew whenever needed.
