Salary Range: $108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
• Implement and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Manage, train, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols.
• Monitor operational budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to optimize material flow and inventory management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations and production teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of team development.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Solid understanding of production planning, supply chain management, and inventory control.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365).
• PMP or other recognized Project Management certification.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and automation trends.
