Intake Specialist

Full-Time | In-Office | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $18–$22/hour

About the Role

Krall Law is a law firm with decades of combined experience and a reputation for fighting hard for clients who've been through some of the worst moments of their lives. We're looking for an Intake Specialist who leads with empathy and follows through with purpose.

This role is built around one mission: reconnecting with personal injury clients that have gone quiet. You'll be the voice that reaches out to people who may be confused, overwhelmed, or unsure whether to pursue a claim — and you'll help them take the next step. No legal experience required. What matters most is your ability to listen, communicate with warmth and professionalism, and keep organized under pressure.

What You'll Do

• Contact personal injury clients via phone, text, and email
• Listen actively to potential clients' situations and provide a calm, compassionate first impression of the firm
• Qualify client’s cases by gathering key case details and determining fit for the firm's practice areas
• Schedule consultations and coordinate handoffs to attorneys or senior staff
• Log all outreach activity and case notes accurately
• Follow up persistently but professionally — this role requires resilience and a positive attitude
• Communicate updates to the team and flag urgent or time-sensitive cases immediately

What We Offer

• $18–$22/hour
• Consistent early schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• Strong verbal communication skills — this is a phone-heavy role
• Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, internet navigation)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or a call center environment is a plus — but not required
