1st Shift MIG/TIG Welder - $18/hr+ | Full-Time | Holland, MI

We're hiring an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to work full-time in a safety-first environment with no overtime, and no rotating shifts.

This is a 1st shift opportunity (Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm), full time with no overtime. Pay starts at $18.00/hour and is based on experience.

Job Summary:

As a MIG/TIG Welder, you'll be working in a job shop environment creating high-quality metal components for off-highway vehicles like John Deere, Bobcat, and Caterpillar. You'll handle diverse, hands-on projects that change regularly - Ideal for welders who enjoy variety and problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure product quality.
• Follow company safety standards and production goals.

Job Requirements:

• Previous MIG/TIG welding experience required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
