Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their health status and tailor weight loss plans accordingly.

Medical Management: Oversee the medical aspects of patients' weight loss journeys, ensuring safe and effective treatment protocols.

Consultation: Engage with patients to discuss their weight loss goals, providing guidance, motivation, and support throughout the process.

Collaboration: Work closely with the clinic's multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal results.

Continuous Education: Stay updated with the latest advancements in weight management and related medical fields to provide informed care.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Education: Accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program graduate.

Licensing: Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Michigan.

Certifications: BLS certification is required; additional relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is strongly preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered communication.

Clinical Skills: Proficiency in conducting physical exams and formulating treatment plans.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Patient Care: Strong commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
