About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager / Office Manager to own all things people and operations. You’ll be the heart of our growing team — leading HR strategy, managing compliance, overseeing benefits and payroll, and keeping our office running smoothly.

You’ll partner closely with leadership to strengthen our culture, streamline HR processes, and ensure that every team member — from new hire to executive — has what they need to thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee relations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll processing, benefits administration, PTO tracking, and HR systems.
• Partner with leadership to maintain a positive, performance-driven company culture.
• Coordinate office operations — including ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, and supporting executive tasks and special projects.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Support internal communications, team events, and onboarding initiatives that strengthen our “Team. Team. Team.” culture.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Manager (bonus if you’ve also supported a small business or startup).
• Working knowledge of HR laws, payroll systems, and employee relations best practices.
• A balance of strategic mindset and roll-up-your-sleeves execution .
• Experience managing vendors, payroll systems, and general office administration.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills — you thrive in a multitasking environment.
• A proactive, positive, and resourceful attitude — you see what needs to be done and do it.
