Ferguson is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team!

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate stand-up forklifts (order selector/cherry picker), pallet jacks and overhead cranes to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
  • Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
  • Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
  • Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
  • Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities
  • Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
  • Prior experience using forklift, order pickers and other material handling equipment is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid state driver's license
  • High attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn our systems quickly.
  • Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
  • Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly and 90lbs occasionally.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay Range:

$16.53 - $24.81

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
