Assistant Inventory Specialist
:
Responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently transport parts and materials to designated locations throughout the Southeast, Central Michigan and Northern Ohio territories- Communicate appropriately to ensure timely delivery or pick up of parts, hoses, fittings, and paperwork as needed- Load and unload parts and materials from vehicles, shops, jobsites, customer locations, and vendors- Verify the accuracy of delivery contents and obtain necessary signatures or documentation- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle- Communicate any issues or delays with deliveries to the appropriate personnel- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating company vehicles

- In this role our normal business hours are 7:30am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. This is subject to change on any given day, based on the workload.
Qualifications:- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day- Proficient in operating vehicles in all types of weather and jobsite conditions- Familiarity with proper load management and ensuring any materials being transported are securely fastened and up to code- Excellent time management and organizational skills- 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word & Outlook)
