Salary Range: $99,000 - $146,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and responsiveness.
• Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations for raw materials, components, and services.
• Oversee inventory management, demand forecasting, and production planning to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain operations with business goals.
• Monitor supply chain performance using key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, quality issues, and market volatility.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a significant portion in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), demand planning, inventory control, and logistics optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, drive process improvements, and implement strategic supply chain initiatives.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, global sourcing, and supplier relationship management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or similar advanced ERP systems.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with global logistics and international trade compliance.
