Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources within manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, supply chain, quality) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with manufacturing projects, such as production delays or material shortages.
• Monitor project progress, manage changes to scope or schedule, and report status to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with production goals.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols inherent in manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by implementing new processes or technologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and output.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/MES systems
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Experience with specific manufacturing quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949)
