Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, procure, and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition to production.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design for manufacturability and assembly.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, including process development, optimization, and validation.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulation tools.
• Experience with automation, robotics, and PLC programming in a production setting.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions for production issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with PLC programming, robotics, or industrial automation
• Proficiency in advanced CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Mastercam)
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) for production data analysis
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
