About the Role
We have immediate openings for Pre-Litigation Attorneys to join our team. This role focuses exclusively on motor vehicle liability (MVA) and automobile accident cases, representing plaintiff clients in Metro Detroit and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
-Handle all aspects of pre-litigation work for automotive personal injury cases
-Guide clients through the case process with a client-focused approach
-Draft and file pre-litigation documents
-Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation
-Ensure compliance and efficiency within the pre-litigation paralegal team
-Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements
-Complete and approve cases transitioning to litigation

What We're Looking For
-Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
-Active member in good standing with the Michigan Bar
-2+ years of pre-litigation experience
-Confident, proactive, and results-driven approach
-Excellent client service and communication skills
-Strong leadership and team management abilities
-Ability to handle a high-volume caseload effectively
-Exceptional oral advocacy and legal writing skills
