Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Oversee all quality control processes, including incoming material inspections, in-process checks, and final product testing.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality policies.
• Manage internal and external quality audits, including ISO certification maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce scrap, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, including SPC, FMEA, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
