We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Loader to join our team in Cassopolis, MI. As a Machine Loader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery by loading and unloading materials with precision and care. Responsibilities- Load and unload materials into machinery according to specified guidelines.
- Ensure that all materials are handled safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine operations and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking material usage and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if required.
