What You'll Be Doing:

As a Shop Fabrication Technician (Shop Help) , you'll be instrumental in creating and maintaining the custom trucks and trailers that form the backbone of our mobile experiential tours. This isn't production line work—it's custom, hands-on fabrication that demands problem-solving and precision.

• Custom Fabrication: Build, modify, and repair custom structures, platforms, walls, and unique components for our specialized experiential marketing vehicles (trucks and trailers).
• Hydraulic Systems: Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems used for stage deployments, slide-outs, leveling, and lifting mechanisms on our units.
• Structural Work: Perform general shop duties, including measuring, cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling metal and structural components.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Shop Manager and design team to ensure all custom fabrications meet exact specifications and safety standards.
• Maintenance & Repair: Assist with general maintenance and repair of the mobile units, ensuring they are road-ready, functional, and looking great for their next tour.
• Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop.

Requirements:

• Required Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with hydraulic systems (installation, repair, and maintenance) is a must.
• Experience: Prior professional experience in custom fabrication, construction, welding, auto body, or a similar trade is essential. You know your way around a shop!
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using a variety of shop tools, including hand tools, power tools, saws, grinders, and drill presses.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks required for fabrication and repair work.
• Attitude: A proactive, problem-solving mindset. You see a challenge and find a solution.
• Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time position requiring consistent attendance and dedication to meeting project deadlines.
• Nice to Have:
  • Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding is a significant plus.
  • Possession of your own basic set of tools is highly desirable.
