Key Responsibilities

• Identify and map current state value streams to understand material and information flow.
• Lead the design and implementation of future state value streams, eliminating waste and improving flow.
• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track value stream performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to implement Lean principles and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and other continuous improvement initiatives to address bottlenecks and optimize processes.
• Champion a Lean culture, empowering teams to identify and solve problems within the value stream.
• Analyze data and root causes of issues to implement effective, sustainable solutions.
• Ensure alignment of value stream objectives with overall business strategy and goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to improve process flow and reduce waste.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and production planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience with process mapping, bottleneck analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Effective communication and change management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Experience with advanced simulation software for process modeling
• - Proven track record in implementing Industry 4.0 technologies
• - Familiarity with supply chain optimization and logistics planning
