THE ROLE
Join the Cornerstone family! We are looking for an Office Manager for Cornerstone Education Group. The Office Manager supports the building Administration Team by providing administrative assistance. This role will also oversee the management of the main office. We are looking for someone who reflects a standard of excellence in achieving goals and will operate in accordance with Cornerstone standards.

REPORTS TO: Building Leader
SUPERVISES: N/A
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
∙ Act as the key contact person responsible for performing a variety of secretarial, confidential and administrative tasks for or on behalf of the building Leadership Team
∙ Prepare and track/file documents, reports, presentations, proposals and memorandums
∙ Manage the timeliness, accuracy and professionalism of communications, documents, records and other materials
∙ Monitor general office operations, including tracking inventory of office supplies and making/approving all office supply orders
∙ Respond to internal and external customer requests
∙ Act as the first point of contact for the organization at the office, including answering the main phone line and the front door
∙ Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality regarding tasks and communications
∙ Schedule and organize meetings and appointments for building-level administration

You have obtained a high school diploma, and if you have a bachelor’s degree, that’s a plus!
∙ You have experience working as an office administrator or assistant
∙ You have knowledge of various office management procedures, tools or systems
∙ You have highly effective communication skills both in person and in writing
∙ You have fantastic interpersonal skills and know how to establish and maintain effective relationships with executives and other staff
∙ You have excellent time management skills
∙ You have the ability to operate standard office equipment
∙ You are great at working under pressure with extreme accuracy and grace
∙ You are confident and able to interact with donors, executives, board members, authorizers and other constituents
∙ You know what it means to be customer-focused and results-oriented
∙ You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills
∙ You are proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point)
∙ You appreciate our mission to help young people grow to live fulfilling lives
