What You’ll Be Doing:
Engaging with customers at events and community locations Promoting and selling Xfinity products & services Helping people find the best internet and TV solutions for their needs Building relationships and making a positive impact in your community
What We’re Looking For: Outgoing and confident personality Great communication skills A passion for sales and customer service Willingness to learn – no experience needed, we train! Must be 18+ and able to work in-person
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and recommend appropriate Xfinity products and services
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to educate customers and facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Assist customers with account inquiries, service upgrades, and troubleshooting support when necessary
- Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are attractive and inventory levels are adequate
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, including sales, returns, and exchanges
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service consistently
- Stay informed about the latest product updates, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for engaging with people is essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to assisting customers and achieving sales targets
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic computer skills for operating sales systems and managing customer information
