About the Position
⏰ Shift
- Day Shift (12-hour shifts)
- Schedule: 36 hours per week (typically 3×12s)
- Weekend: Every other weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & implement individualized patient care plans
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain strong communication (SBAR)
- Support patient safety & quality outcomes
- Demonstrate leadership and time management
Requirements
Requirements
- 2+ years pure Med Surg RN experience (no Tele/SDU/float)
- Trauma Level I or II experience
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Active Michigan RN License (LARA + Nursys verification)
Preferred:
- Travel RN experience
