We're seeking a results-driven Market Sales Manager to grow and expand dealership relationships within an assigned market. This is an excellent opportunity for an outside sales professional who enjoys developing new business, building long-term customer relationships, and using data to drive sales performance.

The role is highly focused on dealer acquisition, account growth, relationship management, and business development , with approximately 75% travel throughout the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new dealership accounts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular visits, calls, and account reviews.

• Understand dealer needs and recommend products, services, and inventory solutions.

• Execute targeted sales campaigns and product demonstrations.

• Grow existing accounts while identifying opportunities for portfolio expansion.

• Use market and sales data to identify trends and improve sales strategies.

• Partner with internal sales, marketing, and leadership teams to achieve business objectives.

• Resolve customer issues and provide responsive, consultative support.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outside sales or business development experience.

• Automotive sales or related industry experience required.

• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency.

• Ability to clearly communicate value propositions and business solutions.

• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time .

• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Preferred

• Experience in automotive remarketing.

• SaaS or startup experience.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.

• Sales or CRM-related certifications.
