Overview

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour + commission
Earning potential: $20 – $30/hour on average with commission
Schedule: Flexible, Weekends required, typically 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

What You'll Do as an In-Store Product Ambassador:

• As a Retail Sales Lead Generator you will work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings.
• You’ll promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups — once the lead is booked our expert sales advisors handle the rest.

Qualifications

What You Need as an In-Store Product Ambassador:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers

• Retail, lead generator, or sales experience preferred (not required)

• Ability to stand and walk during shift

• Weekend and some holiday availability

• Reliable transportation

• Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand

• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check

• Report directly to retail store

• Attend weekly in-office meetings
