Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies for manufacturing operations.
• Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Optimize inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to minimize costs and ensure production continuity.
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution processes to ensure efficient material flow.
• Collaborate with production planning to align material supply with manufacturing schedules and capacity.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring resilience and business continuity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, specifically within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning, inventory, and procurement.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills with a focus on vendor management.
• Professional certification such as CSCP or CPIM is highly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with ERP system implementation or significant module configuration (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
