**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Healthcare Hospitality Valet to join our team in Flint. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing essential services that contribute to a positive experience in our healthcare facility. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient parking of vehicles, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed, supported, and valued during their visit.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the facility.
- Assist guests with parking their vehicles and retrieving them upon request, ensuring a seamless valet service experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area, including managing keys and vehicle inventory.
- Provide information and directions to guests regarding the facility and available services.
- Monitor the flow of traffic in and out of the valet area, ensuring safe driving practices are adhered to at all times.
- Assist patients and visitors with mobility challenges, offering support and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to prioritize parking for patients with special needs or urgent appointments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service by demonstrating empathy, compassion, and respect towards all guests.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating vehicles and performing valet duties.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with 2 points or less on license
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or valet services is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and assist visitors as needed.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
