We are seeking to expand our sales business unit and are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Executive to become a part of the HIROTEC AMERICA, Inc. team. This position will be responsible for maintaining and cultivating our current business as well as creating additional business opportunities for HIROTEC AMERICA, Inc.
Position requires proven expertise in sales development and account management with knowledge of automation and manufacturing preferred.
The candidate will be asked to:
- Execute and develop strategies for new business opportunities.
- Participate in long-term planning for the department.
- Interface and develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Actively obtain Requests for Quote (RFQs) and facilitate the movement of these RFQs through Processing, Estimating, and Order Acquisition.
- Lead customer technical reviews and negotiate on behalf of HIROTEC America to retain the highest possible price.
- Understand and execute all internal protocols related to the sales process.
- Create and present professional presentations on HIROTEC America and our abilities.
- Provide input with marketing activities (i.e. trade shows, website, general media, and any other public relations activities).
- Have a willingness to travel both nationally and internationally, occasionally work weekends, and possibly host customers during and after working hours.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Design, Estimating, Project Management, Accounting, and Training and Documentation.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and sentiment.
- Provide feedback on: Customer opinions of our products, services, and performance; general market conditions relative to sales of our products and services; competitor activity; and other information relative to HIROTEC AMERICA business directions.
- Other duties and projects may be assigned
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university (business or engineering preferred) and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a combination of education and equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with solid computer proficiency. This role requires a willingness to travel both nationally and internationally, work occasional weekends, and occasionally host customers during and after business hours.
