Our agency opened in 2019 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, accountability, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a District Manager for Verizon Wireless, bringing leadership experience and a results-driven mindset into the agency. I hold a B.A. and am currently pursuing a Masters in Strategic Corporate Finance. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. Im also a business owner and proud dog mom to three miniature dachshunds. I lead with a servant leadership mindset and focus on supporting my teams success. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Susan Smith - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
