General Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, professional, and highly organized General Manager to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a guest-focused environment, enjoys leading operations, and has a strong understanding of social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and promptness
- Greet guests, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct tours of the venue for potential clients and partners
- Oversee venue setup and ensure all events run smoothly
- Manage day-to-day venue operations
- Create and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms (social media experience is a MUST)
- Coordinate with vendors, staff, and clients to ensure seamless events
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or management preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and comfortable interacting with guests and clients
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and content creation
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
