HRIT Systems Analyst
Kforce has a client in Warren, MI that is seeking a HRIT Systems Analyst. Summary: This role sits within the HR Technology or People Technology group, partnering closely with Enterprise IT. The purpose of the team is to manage and optimize all HR systems-including Workday, recruiting systems, learning tools, and analytics platforms-while ensuring seamless integrations, strong governance, and a positive employee experience. Key projects usually involve upgrading HR platforms, modernizing integrations, implementing new talent and learning technologies, improving data analytics, and supporting global HR operations. This is a great opportunity to work on highly visible, enterprise-level systems initiatives.
- REST and SOAP API knowledge
- Advanced Excel experience (PowerQuery, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Hands-on experience with new AI/intelligence tools
- Exposure to GM HR enterprise processes
- Experience implementing new third-party HR and talent technologies
