Your Core Impact

• Translate build prints and customer requirements into finished tooling.
• Determine unspecified dimensions; lay out designs across multiple materials.
• Precisely set reference points and tooling holes using straightedges and measurement tools.
• Lead the fit-up and assembly of tooling components for Aerospace customers.
• Repair and rework tools to restore performance.
• Draft clear sketches for the fabrication team.
• Operate shop machines as needed (lathes, Bridgeports, grinders).
• Take on additional duties as assigned to meet deadlines.

Skills & Background

• Minimum 5 years as a fixture builder in Aerospace.
• Solid understanding of geometric tolerances.
• Catia V5 and Enovia exposure is a plus.
• Strong blueprint interpretation skills.
• Clear math, verbal, and written communication.
• Organized, thorough, and dependable with follow-up.
• Deadline-driven with awareness of business impact.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and AS91000 quality standards preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
