Role Description:

Join our exceptional team at Hometown Markets as a Full or Part-Time Store Associate. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll engage in various aspects of daily store operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and contributing to our continued success.

Required Qualifications:

We're looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Must be 18 years of age or older.


• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


• Willingness to undergo and successfully pass a comprehensive background check prior to employment.

Responsibilities as a Store Associate at Hometown Markets:

As a Store Associate at Hometown Markets, you will:

• Providing excellent customer service by assisting patrons, operating cash registers, completing shift paperwork, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.


• Upholding store standards by conducting routine tasks such as stocking shelves, emptying trash, and performing basic cleaning duties.


• Executing miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the store manager to support overall operational efficiency.


• Show commitment to customer satisfaction.


• Communicate effectively with customers and team.


• Greet customers courteously and meet their needs promptly.


• Assist with cleaning and stocking.


• Follow protocols while working independently.


• Be eager to learn store procedures.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts scheduled throughout the week, Monday to Sunday.


• Available Shifts Include (shift availability may vary based on location) :
  
  
  • Morning Shift - 6 a.m - 2 p.m. or 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. - currently all positions filled
  
  
  • Afternoon Shift: 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. - open positions available
  
  
  • Overnight Shift: 10 p.m. - 6 a.m. or 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. - open positions available

Compensation: $12.48 per hour
