Production Worker - All Shifts

Howmet Aerospace is a leading global manufacturer of advanced engineered solutions for the aerospace and transportation industries. We’re hiring Production Workers to join our casting and metals manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with limited manufacturing experience who are motivated, reliable, and ready to learn valuable skills in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support production operations in a casting and metals manufacturing environment
• Load and unload parts from machines, molds, and workstations
• Perform basic finishing work such as grinding, deburring, cleaning, and visual inspection
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Hourly Pay: $25.27

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift - 6:45AM – 2:45PM
• 2nd Shift - 2:45PM – 10:45PM
• 3rd Shift - 10:45PM – 6:45PM
• Weekend Crew - Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon – 6:45AM – 6:45PM, 6:45PM – 6:45AM, 10:45AM – 10:45PM, 10:45PM – 10:45AM

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of work experience; Limited or no manufacturing experience required – we will train you
• Ability to work any shift (afternoons, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Physical & Work Environment:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Willingness to work in an industrial setting with noise, heat, metal dust, and required PPE
