This position is located at 2 New Hampshire Ave, Troy, NY. **Position Highlights** : **Quality of Life:** Where career opportunities and quality of life converge **Advancement** : Strong orientation program, generous tuition allowance and career development **Work/Life:** Monday - Friday Office Hours **What you will do:** A provisional staff member who is training to become a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), or is otherwise not currently capable of performing the full array of ultrasound examinations and physiological testing offered by the vascular laboratory. RVT- I is also an appropriate designation for any staff member who is unable to work independently at all assigned locations or shifts. **Qualifications for the Vascular Technologist I position include:** + Education, training, and experience in vascular sonography + Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and career long learning (e.g., continuing medical education in vascular technology, obtaining higher education, participation in research, etc.) + Must be eligible to obtain ARDMS certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) + Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills and software programs used for image acquisition and report generation **Pay Range** :$30.25 - $43.00 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
