Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Identify, analyze, and eliminate waste and inefficiencies across manufacturing processes.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees on continuous improvement principles, tools, and techniques.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of CI projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen) and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cultural change.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• PROSCI or other recognized Change Management certification.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience integrating Industry 4.0 solutions (e.g., IoT, AI) into continuous improvement initiatives.
• Master Black Belt certification.
