Maintenance Team Member
Are you energetic, dependable, and enjoy working with your hands? We’re looking for a General Maintenance Worker to join our maintenance team!
In this role, you’ll perform a variety of hands-on tasks that help keep our facility clean, organized, and running smoothly. Some work is routine, while other projects will give you the chance to use your mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain machines and equipment
- Perform coolant changes and basic machine upkeep
- Handle trash pickup and general facility tidiness
- Assist with minor facility repairs and maintenance
- Maintain building and grounds (both indoor and outdoor tasks)
- Follow 5S and cleanliness standards daily
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical aptitude and basic mechanical abilities
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to take direction and learn new tasks
- Dependable, safety-minded, and takes pride in their work
