Estimating Project Manager
- Prepare detailed electrical estimates for commercial, industrial, and/or residential projects.
- Analyze labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs.
- Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
- Assist in bid strategy development and participate in bid reviews.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure smooth handoff from estimating to execution.
- Track historical cost data to improve estimating accuracy. Safety Coordination
- Administer and maintain the company’s safety program in compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
- Conduct onsite safety training sessions at established clients.
- Lead ongoing safety training.
- Accredit and maintain Forklift Operator licenses.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
- Maintain safety documentation, reporting, and compliance records.
- Serve as a safety resource for field leadership and crews.
- Promote a culture of safety ownership across all levels of the organization.
- Commercial Electrical Expertise
