Job Summary:
Pacific Rise Co is hiring a professional and dependable Receptionist to support daily front office operations at our Detroit. MI location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain front desk organization and office appearance
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
- Perform additional office support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
