You’ll start your day with preventive rounds, pivot quickly to diagnose a stubborn electrical fault, and wrap up by documenting repairs and coordinating improvements with the team. What you’ll handle

• Own routine inspections and preventive maintenance across critical equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to minimize downtime.
• Respond rapidly to maintenance requests and emergency calls with a safety-first mindset.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and repairs performed.
• Support operations by assisting with equipment setup and teardown for events and production needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to enhance reliability, streamline processes, and improve safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or a related degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or in a comparable industrial role.
• Background in high pressure die casting preferred.
• Experience with CNC machinery preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Exceptional troubleshooting, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends and holidays as needed.
