• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
• Certification from National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) a plus
