That’s a day in the life of our Logistics Shipping Operations Coordinator.

What You’ll Handle

• Own end-to-end shipment coordination—from scheduling pickups to confirmed delivery.
• Prepare accurate documentation, including bills of lading and any required customs forms.
• Liaise with carriers and suppliers to align pickups, drop-offs, and timelines.
• Track shipments in real time; troubleshoot exceptions and communicate solutions.
• Maintain precise shipment records and up-to-date inventory data.
• Partner closely with warehouse team members to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment when needed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• Chauffeur license required (MI) and proven box truck driving experience.
• Background in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel) and shipping software.
• Comfort working both independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with shipping regulations and customs processes is a plus.
