Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote counseling services to clients across Wyoming. In this role, you will help individuals manage emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy. This position is ideal for an LPC who wants a steady weekday schedule, structured support, and the ability to make a meaningful impact through telehealth care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete clinical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, and related concerns
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Follow ethical, professional, and state licensing standards

Requirements

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Wyoming
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Experience providing therapy or counseling services
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
