Host and Support Staff

Host and Support Staff Location Madison, WI (Marquette area) :

As a host, busser or food runner at Vintage Brewing Company, you are essentially the tour guide of both our brewery and kitchen to each and every guest that you encounter. A strong work ethic and the ability to flourish in a team-based work environment are a must! The love for great beer and delicious food is definitely a plus. If you are interested in becoming a server or bartender this is how you start your journey. Some of your responsibilities will be but are not limited to:

• Greet guests at the door welcoming them in to our experience.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner.
• Suggest appetizers and meals to guests based on the menu and specials.
• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties.
• Assist your teammates by helping give a great experience to all of their guests.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 2+ years' Server experience preferred.
• Must be able to work on your feet all day.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• The ability to utilize Aloha POS software platform is a plus.

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
