Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory and Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team in the Dowagiac / Benton Harbor, MI area. This position is essential to maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and efficient order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, highly organized, and eager to learn new skills in a hands-on, technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Incoming Inventory Inspection:

Inspect incoming parts using measurement tools and testing equipment to verify finishes, hardness, and dimensions. Accurately record inspection results in the inventory and CRM systems.

• Labeling and Stocking:

Label approved parts with purchase order (PO), SKU, and serial number. Organize and stock shelves to maintain accurate and accessible inventory.

• Order Fulfillment:

Review and process sales orders in the CRM system. Pick, package, and ship orders efficiently and accurately, including preparing shipping labels and notifying customers with tracking information.

• Operational Support:

Assist with proprietary processes such as vapor blasting metal components and performing light fabrication (e.g., cutting plastic baskets using a jigsaw or drill).

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve production goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined; able to use inspection tools and light power equipment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Proficient with software applications, including CRM systems, inventory platforms, and Microsoft Outlook
• Dependable, self-motivated, and accountable
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a small, collaborative team environment

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional Saturday work may be required based on order volume or production needs

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $19 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
• Performance Bonus: Based on order accuracy, efficiency, and team contribution
