Director Mission Critical and Fleet Support
What You Will Be Doing
Within the Service Delivery team, the service delivery manager owns a number of Named Accounts. These accounts can be bus operators, OEM’s or Commercial fleets. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful usage of the important features of software solutions purchased by the customer and act as a customer advocate after implementation. Products would be our Charger Management System, Energy Management, Telematics application, and Fleet Operations functionality. By maintaining regular contact moments with your customers, partners as well as colleagues, you build a structural trusted relationship. Within this relationship you will be tasked with mitigating risks, resolving issues before they negatively impact the customer or ChargePoint.
In your role you have a full 360 view of your assigned customers, their products and features in use as well as their future requirements.
What You Will Bring To ChargePoint
Account/Service Management skills
Working knowledge of Saas applications, API’s
Deep understanding Charging infrastructure
In dept knowledge of OCPP protocol
Knowledge of all standard office applications
Strong project manager skills
Presentation skills
Strong Negotiation skills
Requirements
5+ years of experience with customer service management
Technical background with sales affinity
Knowledge of SAAS applications, Telematics
Affinity with energy transition
English and German speaking, any other European language a pre
Bachelor degree or equivalent
