About the Role The Financial Reporting Senior Accountant plays a key role in preparing consolidated financial statements, supporting global accounting initiatives, and serving as a technical resource to colleagues across the company. You'll work with an experienced leadership group, collaborate with international teams, and help strengthen a reporting structure that continues to evolve as the organization grows. What You'll Do + Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, including cash flow statements and accompanying disclosures. + Research and interpret U.S. GAAP guidance; support the implementation of new standards and advise on accounting treatments for unique or complex transactions. + Perform monthly analytical reviews to help ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency across reporting cycles. + Assist in developing and refining corporate accounting policies and procedures. + Act as a key liaison with external auditors, coordinating requests and ensuring smooth audit execution. + Support statutory reporting requirements for international entities and compare local results to U.S. GAAP for reasonableness. + Contribute to the integration of newly acquired operations into the global reporting structure. + Assist with equity-based compensation accounting and related support schedules. + Identify opportunities to leverage financial systems and enhance reporting efficiency. + Build strong relationships across departments, offering guidance and insight to teams throughout the organization. + Participate in ad-hoc initiatives and special projects as the company continues to expand. Requirements What You'll Need + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting. + Active CPA required. + Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience, with strong technical accounting depth. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. + High level of initiative, accountability, and curiosity, with a passion for continuous improvement. + Strong interpersonal communication skills; comfortable presenting and partnering with professionals at all levels. + Advanced Excel proficiency. + Experience with global operations, consolidated reporting, and stock-based compensation is helpful. + Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting.
