Manager, Detroit Water Site Support
- Provide on site leadership in the Novi, MI office, supporting daily operational needs.
- Oversee work assignments and development of a team of local site engineers.
- Deliver high quality customer support including system troubleshooting, field services, system startups, upgrades, and small project execution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote satisfaction and long term business growth.
- Develop training and growth plans to ensure team members are technically and professionally prepared to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Manager of Detroit Water Projects to forecast and staff site support aligned with project schedules.
- Support estimating efforts and resource planning for future customer support needs.
- Lead effective solutions to customer challenges that strengthen Emerson's position within the water and wastewater treatment industry.
- Partner with customers to collaboratively resolve technical, contractual, and warranty matters while balancing business goals and service excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical discipline, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in field service, project management or similar.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time, domestically.

- Demonstrated experience in project management and people leadership
- Control systems experience, Ovation strongly preferred
- Previous experience in systems integration
- Experience in the Water/Wastewater Treatment Industry
- PE, PMP, or related professional certifications.
