- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to discuss cost estimates and project scope.
- Identify and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize project budgets.
- Maintain records of estimated and actual costs to improve future estimation accuracy.

- Proficiency in using specialized software and tools for cost estimation is often required.
