We are looking for someone to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and give our guests a one-of-a-kind experience unlike anything in SE Michigan. The goals of the position are as follows:

• Oversee daily operations of the business or organization, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Manage and lead the leadership team to ensure smooth operation across departments.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, offering guidance, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Create and manage the budget, ensuring financial performance aligns with goals.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Identify and address operational issues, providing solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Develop marketing and sales strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
• Prepare reports for senior management on operational, financial, and business performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Coordinate and oversee training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Foster a positive workplace culture, promoting collaboration, motivation, and high morale.
• Ensure that customer service standards are met, addressing customer concerns and feedback.
