What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and fine-tune press brakes to produce high-quality metal parts
• Read and interpret prints to meet precise specifications
• Inspect finished parts and make adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance
• Coordinate work across multiple presses and manage raw materials
• Collaborate with engineering and production to improve prints and processes
• Share best practices and technical knowledge with other operators
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What Helps You Succeed

• 3+ years of press brake experience preferred , including setup and troubleshooting
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
• Comfort working independently and prioritizing work
• Basic computer and math skills
• A strong focus on quality, safety, and reliability
• Willingness to support and mentor others when needed

• Physically able to operate the press brake.
• Prolonged periods of standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
