Job Description: Entry Level Customer Service Remote Work
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, or chat
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products/services
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with real estate industry is a plus
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment
Salary & Benefits:
Salary range: $35,000 - $50,000 annually
Currency: USD
