Job Description:
A coach must demonstrate strong leadership in player and staff development, sportsmanship, integrity, and character. The ideal candidate will have experience coaching the 800m, 1600m, 3200m, and 4x800m, and the ability to work collaboratively with the sprint coach for mid-distance athletes. The coach should possess a strong commitment to fostering student-athletes’ personal and athletic growth.
